Wealth management
Salesforce for wealth management firms
Financial Services Cloud built around the household: every account, activity and relationship in one view, with your old CRM brought across. We have delivered it for Cartier Wealth and four more wealth management firms.
- Financial Services Cloud
- Five wealth firms
- CRM migrations
The problem
A wealth management firm runs on relationships, and a relationship is a household: spouses, children, trusts, the accounts they hold and every conversation about them. Out of the box, Salesforce shows one record at a time, so preparing for a client meeting means opening record after record, and portfolio data sits in a separate system.
Financial Services Cloud fixes the model when it is set up for how advisors actually work: households that roll up correctly, activity you can see across the whole family, and client data brought across cleanly from the system you use today. That is what we build.

FAQ
Do you work with Orion?
Yes. We have integrated Orion with Financial Services Cloud. It is not part of the Financial Services Cloud Launch: if your firm uses Orion, the integration is quoted as a paid add-on.
Can you move us off another CRM?
Yes. We have moved a registered investment adviser from Microsoft Dynamics to Financial Services Cloud and migrated a national firm’s Salesforce org. The migration is planned field by field, and your team checks the data before cutover.
What does the Financial Services Cloud Launch include?
Households on Person Accounts with relationship roles, financial accounts and balances with household rollups, one activity timeline across the household, and data migration with training and two weeks of hypercare. It typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Do we need Financial Services Cloud, or will Sales Cloud do?
For most wealth firms, Financial Services Cloud earns its cost: households, financial accounts and relationship roles come built in instead of being rebuilt as custom objects. On the call we will tell you if your firm is the exception.
Can you support us after go-live?
Yes. For one firm we did the Financial Services Cloud start-up and then full support, and managed services give you a monthly block of senior hours.
