Agentforce
Agentforce agents that do real work
Service and employee agents grounded on your data, with custom Apex and Flow actions and tests that run before your customers see a change. Designed and built by the architect you meet on the first call.

The Problem
Standing up an agent in Agent Builder takes an afternoon. Getting one your customers can rely on takes design: topics that do not overlap, actions that return what the reasoning engine needs, instructions that hold up when a question arrives sideways, and grounding on data that is actually current.
Most first agents stall between the demo and production. They answer the scripted questions, misroute the rest, and nobody can say whether a change made them better or worse. We build agents the way we build the rest of your org: designed first, kept in source control and tested on every change.

FAQ
Agentforce or a custom AI agent?
If the work lives in Salesforce, Agentforce: it already knows your records, permissions and sharing. If the agent has to span systems Salesforce does not own, a custom agent or an MCP server fits better. We build both, so the recommendation is not a sales pitch.
What does the Agentforce Launch include?
One service or employee agent with up to 5 topics and 10 actions, grounded on your Knowledge articles and CRM data, with guardrails, a Testing Center test plan and a handoff to a person. It includes an adoption dashboard, recorded training and two weeks of hypercare, and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Can you fix or extend an agent we already have?
Yes. Common starting points: splitting an overloaded agent into specialists, adding the Apex or Flow actions it is missing, and putting test sets around it so changes stop being guesswork.
How do we know the agent is working?
Test sets in Testing Center before launch, then an adoption dashboard after it: conversations handled, handoffs to people, and the topics that need work.
Have a process an agent should own?
Thirty minutes with the architect who would do the work. You leave with a recommended next step.
