Only if you tell them. By default we work under your name, and nothing we hand over carries ours.
How fast can you start?
Usually within two weeks of a signed statement of work, sooner for a single role.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Time and materials runs for as long as the project needs, and a standing team runs month to month.
What does the paperwork look like?
A master services agreement with a mutual NDA and non-solicitation, then a statement of work for each client engagement.
